Movement & Mobility - Hips & Ankles

Sinead takes us through a Movement & Mobility focused on improving ankle and hip mobility. Get strong in your end-ranges and improve your squatting back in the gym

In this week's Movement & Mobility Class, Coach Sinead take us through a slow and restorative flow.

We focus on a light warm up of gentle CARS (controlled articular rotations of the joints) of the hips, ankles and shins before moving into a strong flow with lots of single-leg balances. 

This flow really focuses on building up the strength and mobility of your ankles and deep squat position. As always, we finish with some slower stretches and deep breathing exercises.

If you need to work on your ankle or hip mobility then make sure to add this flow to your weekly training plan.
