FFS Gyms’ Athletic Development Program is a one-week camp designed for 13-16 year olds, running from October 29th to November 1st, during the mid-term break.

The camp focuses on improving key athletic skills such as strength, speed, agility, and overall fitness in a structured and supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to take your game to the next level or just improve your overall fitness, this camp is for you.
Camp Schedule
There are 2 camps running from October 29th to November 1st, and each day includes a mix of athletic training, fitness education, and team-building activities to help young athletes grow physically and mentally.
- First Camp: 2PM (75 mins each day)
- Second Camp: 3:15PM (75 mins each day)
- Location: FFS Gym Dundrum (Pembroke District, Dundrum Town Centre)
