Classes are suitable for both pregnancy and postnatal.

HOW TO SIGN UP

Step 1

You can sign up using the direct links above or download the FFS Gyms app (App Store or Google Play).‍

Step 2

In the FFS Gyms app, go to Memberships > Subscriptions > Scroll Down to find Pre & Postnatal options > Select 1x. 2x or 3x classes per week > Buy

Step 3

Check your email for a Welcome email and Package Confirmation email (check junk/spam or promo folder if not in inbox!). Remember to complete your pregnancy or postnatal screening form at least 24 hours before your 1st class.
