What to Expect?
This yoga class focuses on improving the movement patterns of the body through dynamic yoga flow and mobility exercises.
Targeting specific muscle groups, it will take your body through similar and contrasting movements to compliment patterns such as a hinge, squat, push, pull, lunge and split squat. Dynamic and static stretching alongside mobility will help increase range of motion and strengthen and lengthen muscles used in these movements helping you to feel great and move better!
Recovery is a crucial part of training as it reduces fatigue, enhances performance and helps repair, rebuild and strengthen muscles used during training.
