HYROX at FFS Gyms

All HYROX training at FFS is strategically designed to develop the energy systems, skills, and race-specific conditioning necessary for peak performance. By focusing on aerobic capacity, strength endurance, and speed, the training programs ensure that athletes are prepared for the physical demands of a HYROX event.

 

Each session is tailored to target key areas like functional movements, stamina, and power, allowing members to progressively enhance their performance.

 

In addition to general fitness, FFS HYROX training is race-specific, mirroring the unique challenges of the event itself. This prepares athletes to tackle each stage of the race with confidence, from the running portions to the intense strength stations.

 

The goal is not only to build physical capacity but also to sharpen the skills and mindset required to excel in a competitive HYROX environment, ensuring that every member is well-prepared on race day.

 

Note that the running element will be outdoors regardless of the weather condition unless it is dangerous to do so. Please dress/bring appropriate training gear accordingly. If you have any concern, please speak to the coach ahead of the session.
