Social Media & Content Coordinator

(Part-Time)

Location: Dublin (Hybrid – mix of in-gym filming and remote work)
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Pay: €19–€25 per hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: December 5th 2025
Reports To: Rory McInerney, Director

 

The Role

We’re seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Content Coordinator to help us bring the FFS Gyms brand to life online. You’ll play a key role in planning, editing, and publishing weekly social media content, capturing in-gym moments, and ensuring our brand voice and visuals stay consistent across all channels.

You’ll work closely with Rory (Marketing Lead) and the office team to ensure content aligns with key campaigns, member stories, and the wider brand message.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and schedule weekly content for Instagram and TikTok using Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
  • Edit and repurpose existing professional photo and video content into short-form, engaging posts.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and in-gym footage (using a phone or camera) 1–2 times per week (DJI Gimbals and Mics provided)
  • Write compelling captions that align with the FFS Gyms brand tone and campaigns.
  • Maintain and update a content calendar tied to key marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with the office and coaching teams to highlight members, programs, and events.
  • Track post performance and engagement, providing simple monthly insights.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.
  • Experience with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable filming and capturing authentic, energetic content in a gym environment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and interest in fitness/wellness.

Coach

(Full-Time)

Location: Dublin (Leeson St, Dundrum, and two of our corporate sites in Dublin 2)

Hours: Class coaching hours weekly will be a mix of AM, lunchtime, PM shifts (exact roster shared at interview stage), and two Saturday a month (7:45am – 12:30pm)

Pay: Starting salary of €28,000 per annum

Start Date: December 5th 2025

Reports To: Mike South, Director of Operations

 

The Role

We’re seeking an exceptional coach with a proactive mindset to grow our team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coaching First: Exceptional coaching is the core of this role. Additional responsibilities support this focus while driving FFS’ growth and success.
  • Alignment with Objectives: All activities, meetings, and initiatives must align with
    FFS’s objectives of increasing member sign-ups and reducing churn
  • Collaboration and Accountability: Coaches are expected to work collaboratively, take ownership of assigned tasks, and actively participate in creating solutions for
    location-specific challenges as well as border challenges when needed.
  • On-Site Commitment: Admin tasks should be completed on-site where possible.
    While FFS remains flexible to individual needs, a strong on-site presence ensures
    collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Engagement in CPD: Participation in the FFS CPD plan is required, as it is essential for professional growth and the collective success of the team.
  • In-Person Meeting Attendance: Weekly and monthly team meetings are mandatory
    and must be attended in person to ensure full engagement and alignment.
