Designed for those aged 55+, who want to stay strong, active, and confident in their movement, this program helps you build strength, mobility, and independence through expert-led training and targeted exercise.
You’ll train in a fun, supportive group environment that keeps you motivated, accountable, and enjoying every session.

The Masters program is specifically designed to address the unique fitness needs of our 55+ members. Our primary goals are to:
- Increase Functional Strength: Build the necessary muscle strength to perform daily activities with ease, such as lifting groceries, climbing stairs, and getting up from a seated position.
- Enhance Mobility and Flexibility: Improve joint range of motion and flexibility to prevent stiffness and reduce the risk of injury.
- Boost Balance and Stability: Implement targeted exercises to improve proprioception and balance, significantly reducing the risk of falls.
- Foster Independence: Equip members with the physical resilience needed to maintain an active, independent lifestyle well into their later years.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Specifically designed to address the unique fitness needs of our 55+ members.
Location: Dundrum
Session Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Times: 2pm (additional 3pm classes TBD)
Duration: up to 60 minutes
Monthly Membership: 2 classes a week for €150 per month (up to 50% reclaimable through most insurance providers)
Class Capacity: 8 (We will always maintain a 1:4 coach to members ratio)
